At Agenda Bookshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
